Oct 12, 2010 · Your problem is a defective charger. A charger is supposed to be quiet and warm at most. If its making any noises, at all, then it is defective. Another good indication that it is defective is the charger is charging then stopping, then charging, then stopping. Sort of like a car putt putting its way on a road. Definitely not good.
